## Installation Steps
We recommend creating the connector for [**Palo Alto Networks**](https://developer.moveworks.com/creator-studio/resources/connector?id=palo-alto-networks) first, prior to installing this plugin. Please follow the Palo Alto Networks Connector Guide to configure the connector.
For the **Lookup System Info** plugin, ensure the user account used in the connector has access to run operational commands (`type=op`) through the XML API.

**System Info API (PAN-OS XML API)**
This plugin uses the following PAN-OS API to retrieve system-level details:

This call returns key system information in XML format, including:
- Hostname
- Model
- Serial Number
- Software Version
- Uptime
- Management Interface
Ensure the firewall's admin account used by the connector has permission to run this operational command via API.
