## **Installation Steps**
While you can create a connector during plugin installation, we do recommend that you create a connector in Agent Studio before installing this plugin to streamline the process. Please follow our [**Zoom Connector Guide**](https://marketplace.moveworks.com/connectors/zoom#how-to-implement) to do so. Once you have done this, simply follow our plugin installation documentation to get your plugin installed in minutes.

**Notes**
1. The user of this plugin can only access meeting summaries of the meetings they own (hosted). They can’t view summaries for meetings where the user was just a participant, guest, or external attendee. This is a Zoom API limitation.
2. Zoom places a limitation on the first API call in the appendix: the from and to date range should not exceed 1 month. The plugin enforces this via the slot description.
3. The Zoom Reports API also has a standard data retention policy of 12 months for paid accounts, after which data becomes inaccessible.
4. This plugin uses meta_info.user.timezone attribute to convert the meeting times in the API response (present in UTC) to the user's timezone. Please make sure that this attribute is set for your users.

**A combination of 2 APIs makes this possible:**
**API #1 Get a User's Meetings**
- The first API call (Report AI) is designed to fetch all the meetings that a user participated in within a specified date range, via their email address.

- The second API call is designed to fetch the meeting summary of a specific meeting via the UUID from the previous call
